Is there a setup fee?
No. There are no setup fees on any of our plans.
Do I need to enter my credit card details to sign up?
No. You can sign up and use MoveAide, free for 30 days, without entering your credit card details. At the end of the free trial period, you will need to pick a plan and enter your credit card details.
Can I terminate my account at any time?
Yes. If you ever decide that our solutions are not able to fulfill your expectations, simply cancel your account from your billing page.
How long are your contracts?
All MoveAide plans are quarterly, bi-annually or annual recurring. We highly recommend the annual plans as they provide substantial cost savings.
Do you offer any discounted plans?
Yes, you get to enjoy a 5% discount for the bi-annual plan and a 10% discount for the annual plan.
How will I be billed?
All plans are based on a pre-paid subscription and we currently only accept online payments through PayPal (All major credit cards accepted).
Can I change my plan later on?
Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Do note that we will not be able to provide refunds for any downgrades.
