Collecting Feedback for Inbound Moves on MoveAide

If you are sending a feedback invite on an inbound move or a move which does not involve a move consultant, the MoveAide system can now exclude questions relating to the move consultant.

You can do this by:

1) Selecting “Inbound / Not Applicable” in the Move Consultant field when sending out the feedback invite

or

Enter either the text “Inbound” or “Not Applicable” in the Move Consultant field if you are importing from an excel file.
