Review of Relosmart (Malaysia) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Hi, head office all good and responsive. Suprised that no one from office joined during moving day. The packers were generalyl okay, however they don’t speak any english and there was a few frustrating problems. I requested for them tonapck efficiently and take a look at boxes before they were sealed, this was ignored, and there was several items packed uncessarily large volume and box soace not fully utilised. The other main issue was on final volume, on site measured at 5.95m3 and agreed to reduce shipping volume from 7 to 6m3. If course when it reaches warehouse the volume increases to 6.8m3 and im charged the full 7m3. I would have added extra items to my paid-for volume. Poor communication, measurement and transparency on process.
