Hi, head office all good and responsive. Suprised that no one from office joined during moving day. The packers were generalyl okay, however they don’t speak any english and there was a few frustrating problems. I requested for them tonapck efficiently and take a look at boxes before they were sealed, this was ignored, and there was several items packed uncessarily large volume and box soace not fully utilised. The other main issue was on final volume, on site measured at 5.95m3 and agreed to reduce shipping volume from 7 to 6m3. If course when it reaches warehouse the volume increases to 6.8m3 and im charged the full 7m3. I would have added extra items to my paid-for volume. Poor communication, measurement and transparency on process.

I highly recommend this company! I moved from Malaysia to the UK this past August, and they were incredible. I have moved 5 times in the past, and this was by far the best, most stress-free experience I have ever had.
A special shoutout to Agillan Ravi for his exceptional help. The entire team was professional, efficient, and careful with my belongings. Moving across the world is incredibly stressful, but they made it seamless. Thank you for the outstanding service!

would not suggest working with them again - we had massive lack of communication and had to chase for answers, lots of items were broken upon arrival and the delay of shipment was never communicated clearly.
