It was a great experience to deal with professionals. It was a daunting task to pack up and leave, but the SAE support helped me to feel at ease that I am in good hands. I had some very minor damages (few scratches, not due to the cargo phase but in the off-loading and moving it passed smaller entry points. Also some cups and glass items was broken even though it was well packed and contained in a secondary holder. The local support team from Biddulphs was kind and well informed of the delivery and re-assembly part with the local Tax / Duties dealt with at SARS South African Receiver. The shipment was packed around 25 March and landed at my house in Pretoria around 3 June. The end to end process was professional and smooth. There was Zero lost items and for this and care about moving the items I have to commend both SAE and their partner Biddulphs for service excellence.
