Initial contact was with Sophie and Ferasse. They were both incredibly professional and helpful. Billy and the team in Shanghai were so efficient and hard working. They did a wonderful job of packing, nothing was damaged or missing. In Shenzhen we had Kelvin and the team and they were also incredible. So fast and efficient, the boxes were ticked off and unpacked quickly. They were happy to have a chat and laugh and went above and beyond for me during the unpacking. All the workers I encountered were kind, patient, hardworking and showed the utmost professionalism. The entire process was easy and hassle free, Ferasse had endless patience with me and walked me through the whole process. We will be using SAE again in the future and will also recommend to friends.

It was a great experience to deal with professionals. It was a daunting task to pack up and leave, but the SAE support helped me to feel at ease that I am in good hands. I had some very minor damages (few scratches, not due to the cargo phase but in the off-loading and moving it passed smaller entry points. Also some cups and glass items was broken even though it was well packed and contained in a secondary holder. The local support team from Biddulphs was kind and well informed of the delivery and re-assembly part with the local Tax / Duties dealt with at SARS South African Receiver. The shipment was packed around 25 March and landed at my house in Pretoria around 3 June. The end to end process was professional and smooth. There was Zero lost items and for this and care about moving the items I have to commend both SAE and their partner Biddulphs for service excellence.

I have a great experience with SAE. I had to ship my stuff within a week so timing was important. I sent requests to several relocation companies, but it was SAE who got back to me within a few hours with quotes and detailed description of the services they provide, which were very flexible and could be tailored to my needs and budget. The shipment was handled smoothly and arrived in order within the time frame the company provided. Overall great experience and superb customer service.

Preparation on your end is key. Having done moves a few times before I liked the partnership we got over a 6 month move (delayed because we decided to move into a larger home). The move, plus warehousing of our container locally, our stuff arrived at home in the boxes arrived in better than expected condition. The boxes were as crisp as the day we packed. Thank you to the team in Shanghai and the one in Malaga for helping with the move and sticking with us as we made the unlikely decision to hold our container somewhere in Malaga while we waited for keys to our new place.

The whole move took 8 months as we requested to store the goods for a while before receiving them at home. Everything arrived in good shape, only one plate broke in the whole move which included transportation of tv, glass stuff, ceramics, electronics… I recommend Ferasse and his team as they have been very supportive and responsive all the time.

Everything was great, except for time and transfer through France (Paris), which is not SAE fault at all (but more my Company) just it took much more time to receive my belongings.
