We recognize that some moving companies value a high response rate for customer feedback. Unfortunately, online feedback systems are not able to deliver the kind of response rates as compared to the traditional paper and pen method of collecting customer feedback.
If you are concerned with attaining a high response rate from your customer feedback , we have tweaked our system such that you can continue to use the paper and pen method and have the scores re-entered into the MoveAide system.
You can now choose to either re-enter the scores yourselves or scan the customer feedback forms and send it over to us. Our team here will ensure that the customer feedback results are re-entered in the system within 2 working days. There will be a nominal charge of US$0.50 per feedback for this data entry service.
For this to work seamlessly, the following are required in your paper feedback form:
1) The inclusion of MoveAide’s rated questions
2) The inclusion of the question “Do you allow us to publish your reviews on MoveAide, an independent review site?”
3) The following customer details:
- Customer Name
- Customer Email Address
- Job Reference Number
- Move Date

For customer reviews to be published, the customer’s email address will need to be entered into the system. The customer will be sent an email automatically with a verification link. Only upon clicking on the verification link will the review be published. This is to minimize the occurrence of fraudulent published reviews.
Review scores will now be separated between an internal score and a public score. The internal score is what you will see when you access your Analytics page. The public score is what is shown on the MoveAide site when potential customers are reading your customer reviews.
All review scores will be included in the internal score calculation. However, only published reviews will have their scores calculated for the public score. Whenever an entry is made, the MoveAide system will automatically send a verification email to your customer. The review will only be published online if the customer clicks on the verification link in the email.
