Over the past months, we’ve received many feature requests from you and as we have been a little stretched, it’s taken us a while to work on them.
Today, we’re releasing some of these new features as part of our continuous efforts to bring value to our members.
Here’s what we have lined up…
We recognize that some moving companies value a high response rate for customer feedback. Unfortunately, online feedback systems are not able to deliver the kind of response rates as compared to the traditional paper and pen method of collecting customer feedback.
If you are concerned with attaining a high response rate from your customer feedback , we have tweaked our system such that you can continue to use the paper and pen method and have the scores re-entered into the MoveAide system.
Yeah! At MoveAide, we are really honoured to be featured in the June/July issue of the FIDI Focus magazine. FIDI Focus is a bi-monthly magazine published by FIDI Global Alliance, the largest global alliance of independent quality international removal companies. As the voice of the international moving industry, FIDI Focus aims to provide updates on the industry, profiles of key industry people and companies as well as light reading of interest to the industry public and periphery.
