Review of RapidWorld Relo Shanghai International Movers in Shanghai, China

The packing from Shanghai was great, the moving crew wonderfully packed the items and I received most of my items in perfect shape. The place where my shipment landed, I was never sure where my shipment is and despite it reaching in July, the shipment was not delivered until August end. The company which delivers the shipment in New Delhi took my passports for custom clearing and on the last day before I was going to fly out to my next country requested me to collect the passports by myself adding another task to be accomplished before I moved to another country. The coordinator handling my shipment in New Delhi resigned mid-way through the process and messaging the in-charges on Whatsapp about the whereabouts of my shipment never had any replies even though it was visible they had seen the messages. As a opinion, if a better company is liaised for handling shipment in India, it would be an awesome experience. Right now they keep customers in limbo and uncertain about the whereabouts of the shipment until they want to deliver. Transparency is required so that the customer would know where the shipment is and what would be the approximate date of delivery for the shipment.
