Service of coordinator and packing team was excellent. Everything arrived and in good condition. Two areas of improvement: 1. The invoice should break down costs in more detail. It shouldn’t be up to the customer to read through several lengthy emails to find the breakdown of fees - it should all be summarized in the final invoice so they know exactly what they are paying for. Nothing was being hidden, it was just unclear. 2. Updates on milestones could use more detail and be more frequent (e.g. what happens when customs holds the container; when the ship arrives at port).
