Happy with the service, USP Relocations know their job, and do it well. Moving crew is experienced, quiet and very friendly, enjoyed their presence and trusted their abilities, happy about their behaviour and attitude. Now the issue. the van used was small. The crew had to make two trips back to the old flat building to get the rest of the boxes, even though we lived in a services apartment (so apart 1-2 furniture, only L-M-S boxes used). That made the entire process....long. The crew, real friendly and professional, kept asking to help unpack all the boxes, but we refused, we really pushed them to get all the boxes to the new flat so we could be finished before 1800hrs after having begun at 0900hrs. Granted, the new building made the process somehow difficult as the van could not access the delivery parking area, required a pick-up to load the boxes off the van. That's the side note. Thank you Kris and your team, your supervisor left early, but the crew had it all under control. If it wasn't for the van and access matter, I'd give your team 9/10 - not ten because, although height may be a factor for them as it is for me, they missed a few items on the upper cupboards. Maybe a climbing stool would help :) Cheers and thank you again.
