We were moving my grandma out of the house she lived in for 40 years. Emotions were high, but the movers were so respectful and kind. They let her take her time, and made sure to wrap everything just right. They even helped label boxes so she’d know what went where. That thoughtfulness meant everything to us. Movers showed more empathy than we expected. It wasn’t just a job to them — they really cared.
