We recently relocated from China to France and were fortunate to be guided throughout the process by an experienced and dedicated consultant from SAE. From the first contact to the final delivery, our consultant provided clear, practical advice and took the time to answer all our questions with patience and precision — a huge help in such a complex transition. The packing and moving team in China did an outstanding job, which set the bar high — and we weren’t sure the French moving partner would be up to the same standard. But they absolutely were: the French movers were professional, efficient, and incredibly hardworking. They carried all our boxes (a full 20-foot container) up to our 3rd-floor apartment without a single complaint, despite the heat. Everything arrived intact, and the process was smooth from end to end. Thanks to our consultant’s coordination and support, we felt well taken care of throughout. We’re very grateful to have had such a reliable and reassuring partner for this big move.
