Our experience with Lion Town was fantastic. From our initial contact they were quick and precise with their replies. In both ports customer service was friendly and professional and front line staff were quick and careful with our items. Due to personal reasons our schedule didn't run as we had planned. The team were there with us, kept us updated and suggested solutions to make the move seamless. Everything (clothing, furniture and electrical) was delivered on time as promised, and unpacked in the same condition it was packed in. Overall a very comfortable experience.
