Overall a good experience. Team was friendly and very efficient, but during packing, they moved so quickly that I didn't have the time to take note of what they'd packed together. What this meant was that I wound up with items that were wrongly categorised and packed with unrelated items. This made the unpacking process frustrating because I had another set of movers coming the next day to put some things directly into storage. Till today, I'm missing some kitchen items which I believe is in storage because of this.
