Review of Speedy-Q Relocation in Shanghai, China
The move itself was as smooth as can be. Everything was explained in detail. The movers arrived on time, worked efficiently and very friendly. I just wish there wasn’t so much pressure placed on buying into the moving insurance and lead the customer into higher sum insured than necessary. This aspect can be improved on so the customer doesn’t waste time and money during the stressful time of coordinating an international move. The overall experience would be much better if the coordinator can relax on up-selling the moving insurance. Everything else was great.
