over all experience good , but small coordination between your team will help your score a lot. i felt there is a gap between surveyor team and crew team at india. Thailand delivery team is flawless. the crew team who packed things in India need to be more flexible in answering queries to customer. End of the day what matters is service we expect better answers from them . we felt it was missing. clarity of information was missing.
