The consultant whom I first spoke with was very helpful. I found the online estimation room tour very quick and convenient. The moving itself finished much earlier than we expected, I think they staffed more crew members than I was told. In the incident that I have made a mistake in overpaying the estimated price, they were very helpful and quick to reimburse the overpaid amount. We have used a few Japanese moving companies and they are very efficient and professional, so we didn’t expect that quality, but Asian Tiger crews were very professional and efficient. The only thing that I could point out is that they packed clean towels directly in a trash bin. Maybe they could wrap with a paper or something.. Other than that, I really liked the way they packed, just enough to protect the items, not over-wrapping. And of course, no damages to anything. So thank you so much for the work! My husband and I were very happy with the move! And I will definitely use the service again!
