Review of RapidWorld Relo Shanghai International Movers in Shanghai, China

I used RapidWorld for my Shanghai to France move in 2023. Patrick and his team were great on the Shanghai side, but there were some issues with humidity and mold in the boxes despite their use of humidity packets. On the France side, unfortunately, the company RW teamed with was much less professional. I was given a list that the movers were to follow, including a meeting with me and discussion of box placement, hauling away of materials, and inspections for damages. The movers had no idea that they were meant to do these things, and they barely spoke English. They argued about having to take away large pieces of wood that came with furniture that was shipped as well.
