Patrick at RapidWorldwide Relocation was fantastic! He was honest, friendly, and punctual in returning my messages. The packing team in Qingdao was amazing! They clearly enjoyed working with each other and everyone knew what their role was, but all helped one another at various points in the packing. They were organized and meticulous in their packing, and the US unpackers even noted how well everything was protected. Everything went smoothly! The longest wait was the journey across the water, but once my things arrived in Houston, Universal Relocations were incredibly fast and the day of delivery was much earlier than I expected. The unpacking crew was small, but friendly and took my directions for locations and unpacking very well! I can highly recommend RapidWorldwide Relocations from start to finish!
