On the China end we had a perfect experience. Packing was done well and nothing from the 18 c/meter shipment was broken or lost when it arrived. However, on receiving side in the US it was not as good. That company notified us 48 hours before the shipment arrived and changed the time twice. We had to change our plans because of this. The poor guy driving the truck worked as hard as could be expected, but his partner seemed completely uninterested and not engaged, showed up much later after much of the work was done.
