Before deciding which moving company to use, I contacted about 4-5 moving companies, including big brands like Crown and Allied that I had used in the past. Howard was introduced by a friend who had used his services. At first, I was not sure whether I could trust Speedy-Q with my personal belongings because they were only established 5 years ago. After meeting Howard, although his quote was not the cheapest I collected, his knowledge and expertise gave me great trust, so I decided to use his services in October. Our goods were delivered to our warm home in Milan on time last week. The whole process was so smooth. During the unpacking, we found that our coffee machine might have functional damage due to the shock during transportation. Howard immediately intervened and assisted us to contact the insurance company. The claim process was also very smooth and we received the compensation from the insurance company very quickly. Speedy-Q is a very trustworthy moving company and I would recommend them to everyone.

I couldn't be happier for my move from Shanghai to Malaysia. Howard the co-founder is very experienced in relocation field, overall service is top notch, price is reasonable, their Malay partner is also great. Definitely gonna use Speedy-Q again when I move back to China. Highly recommend!
