Hello, I have very good feedback to share about my moving. Ferasse took care of my moving and everything was smooth and professional. I listed my personal goods I wanted to move and the staff came to my home on time to pack and carry everything. I had nothing to do, i just put everything in the middle of my leaving room and they packed with their own material. I recommend Ferasses's contact on every WeChat groups I have (as it was a moving from Shanghai to France). It took 2 months to arrive home while they predicted about 3-5 months so very good surprised. The boxes arrived in very good condition.
