Our questions to their office were answered by return. The shipment collection team were very efficient and packed everything properly and carefully. In fact, they were complimented by the delivery team leader in Israel for the way they had packed. The team leader spoke English which, although I spoke Spanish, was helpful. We had a problem with late delivery by the Israeli delivery company and Global contacted them immediately on request to resolve the problem.
