I highly recommend Fred Mover for your international relocations! I had a full household (including a piano) moving from Suzhou to Vancouver. Fred Mover took the best care from the first to the last minute. Sam came to our home (drove extra from Shanghai to Suzhou) and inspected all the stuff, gave a reasonable estimate and quote, and informed us about what will happen next. When moving day came closer, and I was getting nervous, he reassured all my worries, and indeed, on moving day a whole team of very professional and courteous packers came to my home and within a day everything was safely packaged and brought with a truck to Shanghai. They even made a custom crate for the piano. Everything was handled with great care and cleanliness. The shipment arrived in Canada only a few days after me and my family came to Vancouver. However, then problems started to arise with customs and examinations. I have moved internationally before, and had similar problems with customs delays. What happened that time (in 2015) was that the relocation company didn't care anymore, because it was "out of their jurisdiction", and I was left to pay an agent and deal with the problems myself. - but not with Fred Mover! Even through a 15 hour time difference, unresponsive locals agencies in Canada, and uncertainties caused by customs, the team of Fred Mover ceaselessly worked for me on my case, put pressure on the delaying agencies in Canada - even covered some of my costs (I shouldn't mention this, because by no means could anybody expect this from a relocation company - but Fred Mover nonetheless did!) Sam was in constant contact with me via WeChat, advised me what to do, gave cost- and time-estimates, and guided me through the complicated process of demurrages, custom offices, inspections, and any red tape. At every step was I explained what's going on, where my stuff is, what are the costs, and any other question (e.g. regarding insurance or customs) I had.
