I published this text on Facebook and Instagram: After moving our entire 120 cbm collector’s household into Sara’s house in the historical Dusit area of Bangkok, the next phase now begins: settling in, decorating and furnishing the space. This may take several weeks, if not even months. Our moving company, USP Relocations, did a fantastic job. Not a single object from our certainly not uncomplicated arty household was damaged or lost. The workers were not only friendly and highly motivated, but also absolutely professional. What had initially seemed like a nightmare of a move was handled by them almost silently, with impressive speed and great professionalism. I would like to take this opportunity to warmly recommend this highly competent company to anyone planning a move in the future—whether a simple one or a complex operation like ours. This was the most professional, efficent, friendly, prompt and stressless move of my life. I have experience with international moves and with local moves. This one was from one part of Bangkok to another. The first person I met with was Kris from USP who followed up way beyond the initial sign-up. Kris is really interested in me as a person, beyond the dollars, and that is proven by his in person follow up on two succesive days. Beyond Kris, however, is the "Move Team". These guys are motivated with a capital "M". They moved heavy items promptly and without complaint or incident. They were friendly but professional. The Team Leader, Khun Nipphon(spelling is off I know!), was completely focused and guided his team through every moment ot the move. As far as I am concerned, USP is the Best of the Best. Deal in complete confidence!

The move was well organized by Kris USP Relocations out of Bangkok - followed up in the US by Miguel - Star Moving Solutions . I found both gentlemen to be thorough - and professional - in the handling of my move. Communications at all levels was timely and proper, and I was kept well informed of my move during transit and customs. The staffs that came to my Fairfax home, and the ones that delivered the goods to my home in Hua Hin, was friendly and helpful. Happy with the service, USP Relocations know their job, and do it well. Moving crew is experienced, quiet and very friendly, enjoyed their presence and trusted their abilities, happy about their behaviour and attitude. Now the issue. the van used was small. The crew had to make two trips back to the old flat building to get the rest of the boxes, even though we lived in a services apartment (so apart 1-2 furniture, only L-M-S boxes used). That made the entire process....long. The crew, real friendly and professional, kept asking to help unpack all the boxes, but we refused, we really pushed them to get all the boxes to the new flat so we could be finished before 1800hrs after having begun at 0900hrs. Granted, the new building made the process somehow difficult as the van could not access the delivery parking area, required a pick-up to load the boxes off the van. That's the side note. Thank you Kris and your team, your supervisor left early, but the crew had it all under control. If it wasn't for the van and access matter, I'd give your team 9/10 - not ten because, although height may be a factor for them as it is for me, they missed a few items on the upper cupboards. Maybe a climbing stool would help :) Cheers and thank you again.

Recommended by a competitor company, Kris at UPS was friendly, easy to communicate with and was able to do an in-person quite extremely quickly after our initial contact. I was able to communicate whst previous companies had done poorly in previous moves and Kris was able to assure me that all would be taken care of appropriately. Which it was. The movie team were all very friendly snd accomodating and communications in English were not a problem at all. Great job!

The whole team were spot on, checked every box from the prep days, till the difficult days where we have to extend our plan because of unforeseen difficulties with the pets, and cleaning crew, but it went off seamlessly, Kris was on hand to oversee his capable, polite, service minded, took great care of my ladies and I did not hear a bad work or any complaints from her at all. That is a miracle in itself. I will definitely use them again, and again. The price was right, the service on point, checked every single box, and then some. My wife and I could'nt recommend United Services Phuket (USP) more highly - the whole team worked seamlessly to make the entire process easy and efficient. The initial survey was done with great accuracy and the final quotation was very competitive (against three other quotes we received). Overall communication before, after and during the move always left us knowing exactly where things stood. Both teams involved with the packing and unpacking of our belongings were polite, well dressed and efficient and none of our belongings were damaged in any way during the move (including some antiques, glassware and large TV's). USP's overall service was simply outstanding - they promised what they would deliver and they delivered on it! I have already recommended their service to another family in Malaysia who are currently getting a quotation and will continue to recommend their services highly! Well done Team USP and thank you!
