Excellent service from the team at UPS. Recommended by a competitor company, Kris at UPS was friendly, easy to communicate with and was able to do an in-person quite extremely quickly after our initial contact. I was able to communicate whst previous companies had done poorly in previous moves and Kris was able to assure me that all would be taken care of appropriately. Which it was. The movie team were all very friendly snd accomodating and communications in English were not a problem at all. Great job!

The whole team were spot on, checked every box from the prep days, till the difficult days where we have to extend our plan because of unforeseen difficulties with the pets, and cleaning crew, but it went off seamlessly, Kris was on hand to oversee his capable, polite, service minded, took great care of my ladies and I did not hear a bad work or any complaints from her at all. That is a miracle in itself. I will definitely use them again, and again. The price was right, the service on point, checked every single box, and then some. Yes, we are home again, thank you to the team.

My wife and I could'nt recommend United Services Phuket (USP) more highly - the whole team worked seamlessly to make the entire process easy and efficient. The initial survey was done with great accuracy and the final quotation was very competitive (against three other quotes we received). Overall communication before, after and during the move always left us knowing exactly where things stood. Both teams involved with the packing and unpacking of our belongings were polite, well dressed and efficient and none of our belongings were damaged in any way during the move (including some antiques, glassware and large TV's). USP's overall service was simply outstanding - they promised what they would deliver and they delivered on it! I have already recommended their service to another family in Malaysia who are currently getting a quotation and will continue to recommend their services highly! Well done Team USP and thank you!

The movers did a great job. Arrived early. Even managed to get a huge old wardrobe down the stairs of my old house and up the (even tighter) stairs of my new house (I'm still scratching my head trying to understand how they did it). Very reasonable price.

Our move from Bangkok to Hanoi was spot on from start to finish. The move coordinator was very professional, providing additional advice, including what to do when moving our pets from Thailand to Vietnam. They also made sure we knew in advance that our furniture couldn’t be released until various bits of paperwork were sorted by my wife’s employer, so there were no unexpected delays. The company liaised directly with my wife’s employer to keep everything moving and on track. Once our shipment arrived in Hanoi, the local movers got in touch straight away. Both ends had English-speaking staff and were highly organised. Overall, a smooth and stress-free move

From organising a pre move survey to the actual move I would find it very hard to criticize UPS. The manager made sure that the crew understood what I wanted in the service. USP Thailand has handled my move from Bangkok to Phuket, Thailand. I had an equivalent of a full 20ft worth of personal effects, furniture, valuable paintings & decoration items, etc. and I was very pleased when the door to door job has been completed. Luca, General Manager, is very professional and knew how to identify my needs. The crew was also very experienced. The packing job was one of the best I have experienced. Same for the unpacking.
