Our transplant from Bangkok to Valencia went smoothly with Thai Movers and their partner company in VLC, Mudinmar. I was impressed that amidst the global pandemic that spiked slap bang in the middle of our planned move, we still maintained the original delivery timeline of 7 weeks door to door as informed to us at our first consultation. Communication was easy and clear at both ends, the packing and unpacking staff were efficient and polite. The claims process on the two small items that were damaged was fast and efficient, and Thai Movers even agreed to absorb the deductible for us, which we really appreciated. I would recommend their services any time!

the only issue seems to have been some confusion whereby the chair from my office which is on the list of things moved and delivered did not make it to my office, so somehow it was taken but mishandled half way through.
This was the only chair I can use as I am a bit on the heavy side, we bought if as Herman Miller brand for that purpose.
We are trying to track down where it could have been taken but so far no success

Sorry for not getting back to you sooner on this, I thought your team were following up on it. Glad the move want well apart from this.

Very hard working crew, they took my concerns seriously and were very helpful to me with carrying/ replacing items or boxes. Our household is not easy to handle, we have a lot of heavy items and I was pleased to see that they took care. It was a local move and by planning the transport efficiently they managed to complete the job within 3 days, which I thought would be challenging. During transport some items got damaged but these things are at this stage being repaired properly. I would certainly work with Thai Movers again.

The main issue was the usability to handle artwork properly. The repacking after inspection was done incorrectly and resulted in damage. Also the lack of knowledge on this subject was causing problems.
There was a mistake made with the insurance cover which caused some hassle but can be forgiven.
