Before deciding which moving company to use, I contacted about 4-5 moving companies, including big brands like Crown and Allied that I had used in the past. Howard was introduced by a friend who had used his services. At first, I was not sure whether I could trust Speedy-Q with my personal belongings because they were only established 5 years ago. After meeting Howard, although his quote was not the cheapest I collected, his knowledge and expertise gave me great trust, so I decided to use his services in October. Our goods were delivered to our warm home in Milan on time last week. The whole process was so smooth. During the unpacking, we found that our coffee machine might have functional damage due to the shock during transportation. Howard immediately intervened and assisted us to contact the insurance company. The claim process was also very smooth and we received the compensation from the insurance company very quickly. Speedy-Q is a very trustworthy moving company and I would recommend them to everyone.

The mover arrived on time on packing day. Their packers were very professional and efficient. Howard kept his promise that no import duties would be charged on our goods. The main challenge of this move was the upright piano. Howard's team customized a special piano crate. When the piano arrived at my apartment, the delivery crews disassembled and recycled the wooden box. The whole move went very smoothly. I will recommend Speedy-Q Relocation to all my friends.

The move itself was as smooth as can be. Everything was explained in detail. The movers arrived on time, worked efficiently and very friendly. I just wish there wasn’t so much pressure placed on buying into the moving insurance and lead the customer into higher sum insured than necessary. This aspect can be improved on so the customer doesn’t waste time and money during the stressful time of coordinating an international move. The overall experience would be much better if the coordinator can relax on up-selling the moving insurance. Everything else was great.
