This is the worst moving company, I am not sure that if there is any company or it’s a fraud… they stole our money and stuff! After 6 months no delivery no feedback no response just ask for more and more money … Keep far from this company … they wrote the contract that the costumer can’t do anything outside of China, and they ask all the customers for more money for destination charges which is common between their customers, they’ve planned for that … it’s embarrassing and disappointing … put away your stuff is better to trust TRUST mover company…

This company is the most disrespectful and untrustworthy of all the moving companies I have ever used. They failed to send the shipment and delayed for 8 months (total 10 months). After getting disappointed with receiving my shipment I tried to found the company who works with them in the US for custom clearance (K Trans logistics). They told me that trustmover has changed all of its customers in full and has not paid the money anything ro K Trans and now they are not releasing the shipment. After negotiation I paid my custom and transfer fee from LA to Alabama again to K Trans to get my stuff. The trustmover promised to pay back at least the transfer money from LA to Alabama because they didn't deliver the goods. But instead they threatened me that if I don't remove my comments from review websites they won't pay back. Thay also used fake exchange rate just to pay as less as possible and when I ask for reference they refused to provide. Just avoid them at all cost. Do not fall into this scam. Specially the business manager who is known by the name 奥马尔 (Aomar) is a very rude and unethical person when it comes to treating the customer.

This company is of cheaters and liers they keep asking for money at every point. As I saw other reviews this is for sure this company is big time lier and fraud. I booked door to door service after taking my goods they asked me to pay some charge and later asked me more charges at the destination. I had few broken items I told them to send me my insurance policy which I got to know we didn’t had any insurance and in the name of insurance what they gave was nothing but charged us for it. I will advise people not to use trust mover at all.

The worst experience possible with this company. They lack integrity, honesty and act as if they are above the law. They agreed a cost for a move from China to Vietnam and it was a shambles start to finish. Absolutely zero communication unless asked again and again. Lied to as customer constantly (your stuff is in Vietnam, we can’t deliver it it hasn’t left Shanghai yet!) added costs at every turn and then to top it off lost over £3500 pounds worth of stuff but because THEIR employee didn’t fill out the insurance properly it wasn’t their problem and there was nothing they could do!! Disgusting company with absolutely no morals - AVOID COMPLETELY!

TrustMover is a disaster. Use another company that knows their business and cares about customers. My manager was Mike mike@trustmover.com.cn, also known as Aomar or Oumar on LinkedIn. I've been tricked several times: 1) Overpaid for net volume 2) Paid an unexpected Import tax fee because of the missing documents, as TrustMover shipped immediately without confirming with me while I needed time to gather documents. 3) Paid additional storage fee while gathering missing documents as TrustMover is not aware of what documents in what form are required for customs clearance, even with import tax. 4) TrustMover ignored destination agent warnings and picked the most expensive warehouse, forcing me to pay extra. Details: The initial conversation was fine and polite. The goods were picked up fast, but afterward, all my problems had just started. They do not know what documents and in what form are required by the destination customs clearance. They give you a list of documents to gather after the goods have been picked up. They ship your goods before you gather documents. They lie about CBM to make you pay more. They ship without a green light from the destination agent, who knows that documents are missing. They do not care about how much you will pay extra. They do not communicate the situation to you as they do not know it themself. The destination agent has done most of the work. I had to organize clarification calls by myself and understand the nuances of international shipments by myself. TrustMover played a bold role, lied, ignored facts, and just asked me to pay. My manager has hidden any management contacts from me and the destination agent to block escalation As a result of unprofessional work by TrustMover, my goods arrived at the destination port with missing documents, and I had to pay additional fees (40-50 % of the initial quote) TrustMover kept me hostage, as my goods have not been released, and they have a terrible relationship with the destination agent. As a customer, I'm very disappointed in the services provided as its level is unacceptable, and the company operates like a scam. Avoid TrustMover

Extremely Disappointing Experience with Trustmovers Shipping I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with my recent experience using Trustmovers shipping services. While I acknowledge and appreciate that all of my belongings have finally arrived, the process was marred by unprofessional conduct and a distinct lack of customer service. My primary concerns stem from the following issues: Rude and Unhelpful Payment Assistance: Upon initial payment, I explained the limitations imposed by my bank, which prevented me from making a single large payment. I was aware that Trustmovers had previously encountered issues with QR code payments, suggesting a familiarity with payment complexities. Despite this, the agent's response was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. Instead of offering assistance or understanding, I was met with hostility. Ultimately, I was forced to break the payment into multiple transactions, as initially explained, and Trustmovers received the full amount. A simple act of kindness and understanding would have significantly improved this interaction. Misquoted Pricing and Unprofessional Conduct: Prior to the move, I provided details about my sudden relocation and requested a price estimate. I was given a specific figure. However, once the move commenced, I was informed that the initial agent had "misunderstood" their job and provided an incorrect price. Instead of addressing this error professionally, Trustmovers responded with rudeness and demands, placing the blame on me for their internal mistake. Lack of Transparency and Communication: Requests for receipts were repeatedly ignored, forcing me to repeatedly ask for them. Communication was consistently poor. Trustmovers would demand payment and then become unresponsive. Sending sales data into our customer service chat, after we are already a customer, is very unprofessional. Constant Price Changes and Demands for More Money: Trustmovers repeatedly changed the price, and constantly demanded more money. This made the experience very stressful. In stark contrast, my experience with Intermark was exemplary. Throughout our numerous email exchanges since January, Intermark maintained open communication, providing regular updates and clearly explaining any additional charges. They provided timelines and did not pressure me for immediate payment. In conclusion, I am deeply disappointed with Trustmovers' services. The combination of rude customer service, misquoted pricing, lack of transparency, and constant demands for more money made this a highly stressful and unpleasant experience. I cannot recommend Trustmovers to anyone and strongly advise potential customers to seek alternative shipping providers.
