We placed our complete trust in Reloswiss and left our belongings to this company for the move from Switzerland to Thailand. Of all things, one of the most expensive individual pieces, a bronze sculpture about 1 meter in size, did not arrive at the destination. To this day we have not received any explanation as to how this could have happened. The sculpture stood untouched in our living room until shortly before the end and is not on the packing list, how is that? We were informed that the item was unfortunately 'lost' and that there had never been a theft (probably just 'lost' every time). Various emails from different employees contradict each other. Willingness to help and understanding equal to zero.

Just to let you know that everything went well today with the moving people! They were super professional and quick in what they were doing! They arrived at 07:30 hrs and finished at 15:00 hrs. Thank you very much for that. Now that everything is packed and the container, I need the final list of the things ASAP because I need to begin some documentation process with the Mexican embassy in order I can have the approval to import my stuff back to the country.
