Generally, I liked the team and the service. A couple of observations:
1. Not enough coordination between the packing crew and the office/sales team. The packing crew had no idea they had to go to different locations for the pack up. They were great after I told them, and flexible, but they had no idea. The European team also didn't know what was agreed between the client and the service team in terms of their responsibilities, either.
2. Not enough coordination between HK and European team in terms of expectation setting. I was informed only weeks after the fact that the European mover would hold my goods for 2-3 weeks AFTER the container cleared customs and immigration. This was told me as a "matter of fact" with no explanations.
I was a little disappointed with the service on the European side. The HK team was responsive and transparent.
