Thank you for bringing this situation to our attention.
We monitored your claim very carefully.
We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed, though our services throughout the transfer from Athens to Genova, were delivered exactly as agreed.
Indeed, since 1923 we have been offering premium quality services under all international standards.
Our global experience along with our satisfied customers for the last 95 years, have appointed us the biggest and most reliable company in Greece handling international transfers.
We’ll try our best to remain your first choice for any services you may need in the future.
Thank you very much for talking the time to share with us your thoughts. Our goal is to provide an exemplary level of customer service, thus I am sorry that our service did not meet your expectations.
The service we deliver to all our customers is clearly presented in detail in our offer. In your case, we were asked by you to have the container returned from customs (after it was customs cleared in the port of Piraeus) to our warehouse, as you wanted to add some new furniture items which were recently bought. This process by itself is very complicated and attracts a high cost which cannot be associated with a normal door to door move, since it deviates from the moving flow (cancel booking with shipping line, cancel customs clearance, haulage back to our depot, additional handling in our warehouse, haulage back to the port, additional customs formalities and port expenses). The additional cost did not occur due to a mishandling from our side but purely due to your order for recalling the container after it was cleared at the port.
We very much regret to hear that you had some damages. Despite the fact all necessary actions were taken by our side, we cannot control any unforeseen risks while your shipment is in transit; hence we always suggest to our customers that an insurance should be made to cover all possible risks.
Should you have any further concerns or need clarifications, we would be more than happy to discuss this matter with you on the phone.
Dear Mr. Quiram,
Thanks for sharing your feedback and for entrusting us to handle the removal of your car. The delay you are referring to, was definitely not made out of negligence but for protecting your interest. As you were already informed, car paperwork for import purposes should have been in order (which was not the case) prior exportation from Greece in order you avoid paying additional port charges in Bahrain (if paperwork not ready on vessel arrival). During this time your car stayed secure in our premises without charging you any storage fees.
