my shipment will be consolidated; I understand the implications and ramifications as in there can be no fixed date provided ... no news yet as to when it is expected in Singapore. I wonder if there could be some kind of regular contact - every week? Every 10 days to provide some kind of estimate. I am not looking forward to being told 2 or 3 days before they come knocking on my door that my boxes will be delivered.

If I were to give suggestions to help your company improve, it would be for the packing crew. I have used another moving company before, it was not as big and professional as your company, but they have better packing crew. Comparatively, their crew respected my belongings more. They would consult me about how to pack my things. They would also let me check every box before they seal it. Your crew was friendly but they were not as considerate. I am very happy with the service of Kent and Adam. Even though I still haven't received my final bill?
