Dont understand why they moved the content in Argentina from the container to a truck .... some pieces werde damaged by this ... supposed ... The argentinian people didnt help much withe content ....

Dear Sir, this is easy to explain. On the one hand the goods had to be inspected by customs at the entry port Buenos Aires. On the other hand the distance from the port to final residence is extremely long. If we would leave the goods into the shipping line container, we would have to pay extremely high detention charges to the shipping line, because the shipping lines wants to receive the container back empty as fast as possible. Der Umzug ist letztlich sehr gut verlaufen. Herr Seifert hat viel Charisma gezeigt und trotz aller Probleme und Hindernisse – vor allem weil ich deutlich mehr Dinge hatte als ursprünglich geplant – immer rechtzeitig und angemessen reagiert. Insgesamt hat alles sehr gut funktioniert. Ich halte Herrn Seifert für besonders verantwortungsbewusst, sehr kommunikativ, ruhig und beruhigend. Bei einem Umzug sind genau diese Eigenschaften sehr wichtig, denn ein Umzug ist keine Kleinigkeit. Mein einziger Rat: Überprüfen Sie das Volumen Ihres Umzugsguts vorher sehr genau – es ist fast immer deutlich mehr als gedacht. Profis wissen das, Privatpersonen meistens nicht.

I highly recommend EOS 100%. The company organized our move from Germany to New Zealand, and everything went according to plan. Our belongings were packed very well by the subcontractor. After three months, our container arrived and all items — including furniture, TVs, a large wooden table, and even glasses and plates — arrived in perfect condition. I would like to thank EOS for the excellent cooperation. Special thanks go to Mr. Seifert for his outstanding support. EOS also offered the best price — no other company could match their value.

Hatte zum ersten Mal einen Palettenversand mit privaten Hausauflösungsgegenständen von D in die USA zu organisieren. War zuerst verzweifelt weil alles so wahnsinnig teuer schien und einen Papieraufwand ohne Ende hatte - bis ich auf EOS gestoßen bin. Super Preis und eine hervorragende Rundumbetreuung. Ich bin noch immer begeistert wie schnell und organisiert alles ablief. Die Palette war innerhalb weniger Tage am Ziel. Lieben Dank an Herrn Seifert und sein Team!

Sehr kontaktfreudige Firma, Hr. Seifert war stets zuverlässig und freundlich. Er organisierte vom Anfang bis zum Ende den kompletten Prozess und informierte mich fortwährend. Der Umzug verlief reibungslos, pünktlich und vor Ort waren genügend Möbelpacker vorhanden. Das gesamte Inventar wurde ohne nennenswerte Schäden ins Haus gebracht. I got excellent service by EOS Moving Service. Mr. Seifert is experienced, knowledgable and always prepared to "go the extra mile" to make things work. Even the 10 rating is an understatement for his constant effort and presence during the move. My rating for the Moving Crew is a mix, with an overall 10 for the shipping company (Hapag Lloyd) for a smooth and timely forwarding, versus 5 for the destination agent (Metropolitan Logistics). The latter one definitely showed deficits in efficiency.
