Hatte zum ersten Mal einen Palettenversand mit privaten Hausauflösungsgegenständen von D in die USA zu organisieren. War zuerst verzweifelt weil alles so wahnsinnig teuer schien und einen Papieraufwand ohne Ende hatte - bis ich auf EOS gestoßen bin. Super Preis und eine hervorragende Rundumbetreuung. Ich bin noch immer begeistert wie schnell und organisiert alles ablief. Die Palette war innerhalb weniger Tage am Ziel. Lieben Dank an Herrn Seifert und sein Team!

Sehr kontaktfreudige Firma, Hr. Seifert war stets zuverlässig und freundlich. Er organisierte vom Anfang bis zum Ende den kompletten Prozess und informierte mich fortwährend. Der Umzug verlief reibungslos, pünktlich und vor Ort waren genügend Möbelpacker vorhanden. Das gesamte Inventar wurde ohne nennenswerte Schäden ins Haus gebracht. Ich und meine Familie bedanken uns ganz herzlich und ich kann Hr. Seifert und seine Firma weiter empfehlen

I got excellent service by EOS Moving Service. Mr. Seifert is experienced, knowledgable and always prepared to "go the extra mile" to make things work. Even the 10 rating is an understatement for his constant effort and presence during the move. My rating for the Moving Crew is a mix, with an overall 10 for the shipping company (Hapag Lloyd) for a smooth and timely forwarding, versus 5 for the destination agent (Metropolitan Logistics). The latter one definitely showed deficits in efficiency.

EOS Move Management and Mr. Joachim Seifert in particular provided excellent service for my move from Germany to Canada. Mr. Seifert was efficient, quick to respond and patient with all of my questions, and provided comprehensive and helpful information throughout my move. When there was a small difficulty on the Canadian end of the move, Mr. Seifert was immediately available and quick find a good resolution. I would recommend EOS Move Management without reservation to anyone considering an international move and I greatly appreciate the service they provided!

I needed to relocate my family's furniture from a storage space in Frankfurt/Germany to Redlands, CA. Moving the furniture with EOS in Germany, Relo in the U.S. and their local partners was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The entire crew -- consultants, coordinators, and movers -- were extraordinarily helpful, knowledgable, and attentive with the transport, handling of paperwork, and delivery of the furniture. I could not have hoped for a better experience and can highly recommend this company and its partners.

I had a relatively stress free moving experience with EOS. Their quote was the most competitive among all the moving companies I had approached. And Joachim was super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The only criticism is the moving crew was late by 2 hours. But Joachim, my move consultant, was there to communicate every single steps. Also, the moving crew was held up by an unexpected traffic delay and I didn't fault them for it, hence the overall 9 star for moving crew quality and a full star for everything else.
