I needed to relocate my family's furniture from a storage space in Frankfurt/Germany to Redlands, CA. Moving the furniture with EOS in Germany, Relo in the U.S. and their local partners was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The entire crew -- consultants, coordinators, and movers -- were extraordinarily helpful, knowledgable, and attentive with the transport, handling of paperwork, and delivery of the furniture. I could not have hoped for a better experience and can highly recommend this company and its partners.

I had a relatively stress free moving experience with EOS. Their quote was the most competitive among all the moving companies I had approached. And Joachim was super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The only criticism is the moving crew was late by 2 hours. But Joachim, my move consultant, was there to communicate every single steps. Also, the moving crew was held up by an unexpected traffic delay and I didn't fault them for it, hence the overall 9 star for moving crew quality and a full star for everything else.

The Crew in Germany was superb, while the delivery crew was good but not surperb. Mostly since they initially wanted to drop the 2 cargo boxes, but it was agreed in to unload the boxes and they will keep them. Which was done after reminding. The coordination in the US could have been slightly better. Just phone calls no email or confirmations as promised. Thats the move co-ordinator rating. Minor things.
