Actually I still don't know where my OFR shipment is, it still hasn't arrived. I was not informed regarding the necessary documents, the AFR shipment took 23 days to arrive. At the same time I would like to express how pleased I am with ABC Ricard, the Hungarian agency and their support. Best regards,

Think twice before choosing Compas for an overseas move.This was our third international relocation and easily the worst. We were hit with an unexpected fuel surcharge two weeks before moving, asked to change our pickup date due to their scheduling error, and then faced a truck too small for the approved volume—forcing us to leave behind nearly €1,500 worth of belongings.Compas also failed to load our largest item into the container and never informed us. We discovered the mistake only upon delivery. The item arrived more than three months later, damaged. (They did offer us after requesting a solution -200 USD for reimbursement )First delivery crew from East Coast Shipping Inc. couldn’t assemble basic furniture; we had to do it ourselves. The second crew was great, but the overall experience was defined by poor communication, planning failures, delays, and a lack of accountability.Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Compas.

I only used Compas for over 10 Years. And this was by far the worse experience we had. The packers in GA didn't know how to pack, did not take the Office furniture apart what resulted in a lot of damage. We also had damaged furniture in the dining room and bed room. The boxes for the hanging close has been filled up half way with other stuff, so that the shirts and dresses where all wrinkled. Also they packed empty boxes and bottles with a lot of paper and didn't pack important / expensive good like pictures / frames. The crew on the second day threw everything in the boxes and even had an attitude torch my wife. Like I said in summary this was the worse move in 10 years with the most damaged goods. :-(

The company has been great overall and I would use them again. However their local packing company less so - the boxes were badly labeled and as a result one box was lost.

This was our first move with Compas and the overall experience was great. (It was our second intercontinental move, so we had some experience to compare against). Compas went out of their way to make this move run as smooth as possible. The Compas head office was very knowledgeable (in particular with regards to moving the car). They also showed flexibility when we needed to changes dates and followed up with us on a regular basis to ensure we were on track with everything. The personal visit from the owner during the unloading process was a nice touch. Based on our experience, I would highly recommend Compas. We would definitely use Compas again for a future move.

I´m moving with Cpmas since 2008 and I believe that was move # 6... Even with the different Crews on different locations in Germany or in the US, the Compas Team always exceeded our expectations. I hope we don´t have to use the Services many more times, but if we have to, Compas will be our first choice since 2008 Thank you Andreas, Daniel and your Team.
