I provided the wrong delivery address for the container, which caused a delay of several hours. Despite this, they rerouted everything at no extra charge and did so without any complaints. Their kindness, flexibility, and professionalism are truly rare to find, particularly here in Switzerland...Grateful for their exceptional service and would recommend them without a doubt.

Amoov managed our move flawlessly packing wise & unpacking wise, and overall all went well, with our 2 containers arriving on time. But I agree with some of the review that the quality of the communication could and should have been better (this being said, I really appreciated the step up of Eric when there was a bit of lagging). I still recommended AMOOV to a colleague for a reliable move.

The entire moving experience was fairly smooth and hassle-free versus what we had experienced on our previous horrible move on the way to France. The Paris packing team and specifically Ismaël have been wonderful. we had unusual furniture pieces and they were packed to perfection. Nothing broken upon arrival which was the most important for us. The container arrived 1 week in advance and we were informed a bit last minute about it, except that, all was perfect.

L’équipe d’Amoov a été absolument formidable en terme de suivi! Un peu moins l'équipe au Chili (2 heures et demi de r*t*rd sans raisons claires).
