Déménager avec une famille nombreuse, c’est tout sauf facile, mais cette équipe a été parfaite. Nous avons déménagé de Genève à Montréal, et je dois dire que j'étais impressionnée par leur professionnalisme. J'avais moyennement confiance pour le très fragiles comme la vaisselle de ma grand-mère, mais tout est arrivé en parfait état. Ils ont même pris le temps de discuter avec nos enfants pour les rassurer. Un grand merci à eux pour avoir rendu ce déménagement bien plus facile !

Je travaille dans une grande entreprise qui m'a demandé de déménager du Luxembourg à Riyadh, et je pensais que cela allait être un cauchemar avec toute la paperasse. Nous avons déménagé de Neuchâtel à Halifax, et l’équipe a fait un travail impeccable. J’avais des œuvres d’art assez fragiles, y compris des sculptures, et ils les ont emballées avec un soin extrême. Petit flottement après l'emballage avant d'avoir le bateau (1 semaine) mais ils étaient très attentifs à nos demandes. Au final c'est arrivé dans les temps. On recommande les yeux fermés.

As someone who’s moved internationally multiple times, I have high standards for moving companies, particularly to some past traumatizing move experiences. This team exceeded every expectation. Moving from Dubai to Belgium for my new job was "almost a breeze" with them. They handled all my personal and art items with great care, and I appreciated their thorough communication throughout. There was even a slight issue with customs paperwork (totally my fault), but their team helped resolve it quickly. I especially loved how they handled my fragile electronics and sound system. I felt in safe hands the entire time and believe me, that matters.

I’ve moved a lot for work, but this was my first real international move, as we moved with extra luggages only in the past. We were pretty nervous about it. The team was fantastic. I was relocating from Singapore to France for a new corporate role, and I had a tight timeline. They managed to pack up my entire apartment and ship everything in record time. Only "problem", if any, is we couldn't know where our belongings were for 2 weeks. Everything arrived in perfect shape, and they even helped me set up my kitchen in the new place. Great professionalism and attention to detail.

Moving with three kids under 10 is no joke, but this company handled it like pros. We were moving from Canada to Germany because of my husband’s work, and I was terrified about how the kids would adjust. But the movers went out of their way to be friendly, and they even helped keep the kids entertained while we finished packing the last few things. They managed to pack our whole house in just two days, including our piano, which I was really worried about. It arrived without a scratch! Their customer service was also great at keeping us updated along the way (could have been faster at times). A wonderful -as much as a move can be- , stress-free experience.

We relocated to Australia for my wife’s company, and honestly, I was dreading the logistics of an international move (particularly it's our third and the two prior experiences weren't amazing). But this team made it so easy. They were super professional and friendly from start to finish. I was impressed by how they handled my wife's work equipment —her entire office was packed with care. Our family dog, Bella, was also moving with us, and they recommended a fantastic pet relocation service. Everyone involved took the stress out of the process.

I can’t thank the team enough for how smoothly our move went. We were moving from New York to Paris for my husband’s new job, and with two young children, the idea of uprooting was stressful. But from the first phone call with Sophia in customer service, I felt at ease. She walked me through the entire process and even helped me sort out some of the paperwork I didn’t realize I needed. The movers themselves were so patient, especially with the kids asking a million questions :). Everything arrived on time and in perfect condition. They even set up the difficult boys’ bunk bed, which was a lifesaver. I highly recommend them to any family making a big move!

Le déménagement de toute notre famille de Marseille à Dallas était une grosse étape, mais tout s'est passé à merveille. Nous avons deux ados qui avaient beaucoup de choses fragiles (apprentis développeurs), et les déménageurs ont pris un soin particulier avec leurs affaires. Je déménage régulièrement pour mon travail, et cette fois-ci, c’était un déménagement de Bruxelles à Tokyo. Nous avions des meubles très lourds et des objets de valeur, et l'équipe a tout pris en charge avec un professionnalisme incroyable. Tout est arrivé à Tokyo en parfait état, et ils ont même pris soin de nous donner des conseils pour l’installation sur place (l'équipe de Tokyo est encore d'un autre niveau, "à la japonaise". Un vrai soulagement de ne pas avoir à me soucier du sujet déménagement pendant que je me concentrais sur mon nouveau poste. Une équipe au top !

I was impressed by the tireless packers. We lived on 6th floor without elevator. Amoov Group arranged outside lift for this move. 2 batches of movers worked hardly: one group for outside lift operation and another group hand carried the boxes moved up and down. They took only one day to complete the packing for nearly two days.

Our shipment was packed in mid June as of early November it has not left Europe. The company does not respond to emails or phone calls. They refuse to tell us where our shipment is, or to let us know when it might leave Europe. It's been excuse after excuse - and that's when they respond to email - which is almost never. Avoid this company at all costs, if our items ever arrive it still won't be worth the months of stress and sleepless nights caused by Amoov.
