I sent a parcel from Guangzhou to Italy; the contact person was very helpful in providing me with all the necessary information, the delivery times were met, and the items arrived in perfect condition. I had to pay a small additional fee on arrival that I hadn’t anticipated, due to customs charges, but otherwise the service was excellent and good value for money.
