I am changing my last review and warning everyone to never use AGS for any kind of move. The company's activities are nothing less of a fraud. AGS broke a number of things during my move, and now creating issues with insurance also. Even though I have provided pictures etc, and things are at my place which can be verified anytime- AGS seems does not bothered. I have escalated to highest level and to the biggest surprise even the upper management does not care a bit. They all are colluding to create more problems for customers and push responsibility away. I have never come across a more unethical mover. Even (Mr. Yannick) who responds to these reviews knows about everything, but he has not resolved a single issue till date. NEVER EVER USE AGS otherwise you will be struggling for simple things for months (it has been 4 months almost for me). HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT, CARELESS SENIOR MANAGEMENT, FRAUD PRACTICES and FAKE REVIEWS on this website- this is AGS. Anyone who needs more details can contact me. I am probably going to file a lawsuit against corrupt, unethical activities of AGS.

First time using AGS. What was supposed to be a short and simple move via road freight turned out to be an absolute nightmare. Never have I experienced such an unprofessional unqualified bunch of packing crew. So many items broken - big furniture and small items. Unbelievable. I will stick to using only Asian Tigers or Crown next time.

I have then been taking note of your comments and immediately convoked the packing team and sale coordinator for a discussion. Your file is under my eyes and the Quality Performance Report complete & signed by you and returned to us. From that document it look like you were satisfy of the packing, the crew and the service in general at origin. Also you do mention "so many items broken". The claim complete and returned shows only one item damaged !!.
I will be happy to discuss with you over the phone regarding your move in general in the eventuality you would like to share anything else.

Worse than worst nightmare - a "moving" horror story

The supervisor in Singapore had to be told to check with condo, pay deposit etc Glossy brochures suggest special packing and material but in reality bicycles are wrapped in paper, glassware not packed individually so they arrived damaged Website promises tracking and 24x7 access to shipment status but AGS list item #1 with over a thousand dollars worth of treasured artefacts

We will make sure the insurance will treat your claim very fast and I will personally follow up with the insurer on that. I have a very BAD experience on this move. I haven't received my goods until now! It takes around 2 months for moving from Singapore to Wuhan, which is unbelievable (your sales guy promised me 3-4 weeks). All the activities are not well planned at all (ie, 22 days lost due to waiting in the port in both Singapore and Shanghai! slow progress on custom clearance..). Definitely, I and my company will not choose AGS again for next moving.

The vessel arrived in China as per expected date but customs clearance took longer than expected and this is out of our control.

I will never use AGS again and never let anyone use AGS around me. I have never seen more horrible service after working with so many movers. AGS attitude is poor, unfriendly and never help customers on anything. . I had to pay a huge fine at destination due to poor service from AGS . My empty boxes have been lying out for 1 week but no one came to pick after multiple reminders . No help was given to handle simple paintings and mirrors . AGS broked so many things, but now forcing me to put a claim within 10 days. How is that even possible?

Sorry to see you have not been fully satisfy by our services during the move of your personal from Singapore to New Caledonia. After taking the time to read your complain, I would like to ask you more about a huge fine you had to pay?!! what do you mean? we the move have been informed of such happen! thank you to return to us documentation about it for future help from AGS Singapore. In regards to the debris not immediately picked up by our AGS New Caledonia office, I think by now this little matter has been resolved. Please confirm.
On your last email to our Claim Dept. you mention broken glasses that you would like to claim but later since you are busy at the moment.
In regards to the claim, you will have 30 days to claim as standard with AGS FW Singapore.

AGS was in charge of our move out of Singapore on Monday 29th June and Tuesday 30th June 2015. We have been very disappointed by the quality of AGS Services and we would like to take this opportunity to list the reasons of our dissatisfaction: The authorisation form requested by our condo, which is widely known for very picky on administrative issues, particularly the 7 days prior to the move cut-off date for requesting approval, has not been submitted on time. This was not properly done despite numerous emails sent as reminders. I had to personally handle this issue on Friday 26th June when we were informed that you did not do the job properly to solve the issue The chief of the team arrived on Monday at 9.30am to setup the "Job instructions" but then left without explanation. He came back at 11am with only one mover, forming a team of two persons instead of five promised. At 2pm, 2 additional workers arrived and worked until 4.45pm. Alexandre (commercial employee from AGS) and Ronnie (sales manager from AGS) came twice during the day to check themselves the problem we faced. Ronnie promised to allocate a team of 7 workers on Tuesday, at 9.30am. On Tuesday, the same first 2 movers arrived at 9.45am with a new team member. As the others movers didn't come, Ronnie and Alexandre had to pack themselves at 11am while they are not professional movers. 2 additional movers arrived at 12am, then 4 additional at 3pm. Therefore the team had to rush in finishing to pack and loading belongings in the truck, which is not ideal given all the fragile items we have The measures for the crates taken (and accounted for in the quotation) were incorrect. As such, AGS had to squeeze into the same crate the 2 fragile wooden statues, 1 wooden panel and a keyboard. The TV has not been secured into the crate, as requested (and accounted for in the quote) initially, because of lack of space. During our initial meeting in April, Alexandre sold AGS' packing materials, explaining that AGS believes that "quality of packing is key to a successful move" but your team didn't use any of this: · mattress cover and box for our beds: our mattress have been wrapped with carton board · glassware boxes: so our "Baccarat" and "Saint Louis" glasses have been simply wrapped with papers · shoe bags: shoes have been wrapped with papers · custom made box for TV... With the rush described above, the last 2 hours of the move were extremely messy, with some people rushing to pack, some people rushing to do the inventory and others rushing to load the truck Alexandre was helpful but he is not a professional mover, he is a commercial employee. Ronnie was exhausted in the afternoon and had to seat for a long time because of course it is not his job to pack and carry heavy items, at the end he didn't know what to do anymore. The 2 leaders of the team were very good. But when we deal with an international moving company who promise a team of 4-5 workers from 9am to 5pm, and when a quote as high as 14,000 SGD is accepted, it is legitimate to expect a much higher quality of service. We don't even mention the personal stress caused. At the end, please note that we have serious doubts about how our furnitures and fragile items will travel to France. We therefore hope that you will ensure that AGS in France will provide the most professional and experienced team available in order to significantly improve the initial experience which was very bad. The service you provided was not what I call a professional such as the ones we experienced during in the other international moves we did (from Paris to London then London to Singapore). It was an amateur move, but priced at the level of a professional one. I look forward to the confirmation from your Paris office that a particular care will be given to our relocation at the beginning of August as well as the detail of the commercial gesture you intend to propose.

Thank you Mr & Ms Carrel for your comments on the first part of your move with AGS. I have well understand your frustration and stress by moving back to France. I am sorry for the little miss-understandings with certain rules of the SEA VIEW condominium that appear to work differently to other condominium. Despite the fact that we missed the 7 days rules for the mcst to be done we solved the problem on spot and managed to do the packing and loading as per your prefer dates 29/30 June from 9am to 5pm for a volume of 35 cbm. We will use this experience with this particular condominium during our crew trainings to improve with our quality. I will make sure to prevent such issue in future. We will make sure to provide you satisfaction once the goods are delivered in Paris. I will personally contact AGS in France to request for a welcome bag at your arrival as a commercial gesture to the unnecessary stress given to Ms Carrel who has handle the origin part with my team. Have a pleasant time in France.

Overall disappointed by the service. We had used AGS for our move from Delhi to Singapore and everything went great. From Singapore to Hong Kong overall poor experience. In Singapore things went ok, even if it was not very well organised. In Hong Kong the move coordinator has not been following up on the issue we got during the move: scratches, broken furniture, staircase fees invoices whereas the crew did not used the stairs. I have been chasing 3 times already within 10 days without getting any results.

Lack of boxes and stickers so we had to wait the moving day to get some stickers and the movers had to wait 2 hours the second day for a new delivery of boxes. Reason given: this is the peak season so we are short of boxes and stickers! Really not professional not anticipate as I guess this is the peak season every year. Also as for the air shipment (1cube meter) we are still waiting for the delivery after 10days and no news so far despite so many follow up.

Good day to you Mr Briard. I understand your frustration in moving back to France. However I do not really understand why having to complain on material & sticker deliveries! this is standard and peak season has nothing to do with the fact that for such a large move done at your residence, we will never deliver all the material in once. I am sure you will understand that your residence would not be able to accept such a large volume of material. It is why we do deliver a part on the first day then we will add material on the second day or third day. It depend of the goods to pack actually. The same for the sticker on each box. At the first day we won't know how many boxes will be packed at the end. We can only estimate. The stickers will be stick on each box on the last day. So you do not have to worry if the crew has to wait 2 hours before receiving the boxes and stickers. The job was completed as per quoted with the time frame.
Regarding your air-freight I won't have much comments to make but would propose you to review your quotation sent with the transit time of 14 days estimated. We wish to be able to deliver you within this time frame discussed with you previously during the survey as well as indicated on the quotation agreed.

The moving crew do not select the right package material for fragile items. During our move, we have found 4-5 items damaged/broken. We're not very happy about it. This is our first time to choose AGS and we're disappointed about the move, especially that the Murano glass horse we purchased from Milan last August.

Dear Ms Joanna, I would like to apology for the 4 items founded damaged during the delivery of your container in Hong-Kong. I understand you have been claiming to our insurer the amount of these ornaments. I will also remind to my packers how important it is to always well secure each items to each others to avoid the most damages. Thank you for your comments as it will help us always to improve with our packing methods.
Despite these few items damages, I do hope you are now well settle in Hong-Kong and on behalf of AGS we wish you a good stay in Hong-Kong.

My experience with one of the actual movers was not positive. I felt threatened, as he insisted that he knew better than I about how and where to pack things. AGS personnel have been informed of this issue. I will likely use AGS again but request not to have the same people conduct the packing.

Great responsiveness in fitting in with the move timing that worked for us. Packed wonderfully fast but there were a few minor breakages and some of the packing of small items was probably too hasty, such as spacers for a table top just put in a different carton in a screwed up piece of paper so that we were lucky to find most of them (one missing). All the labels had been printed wrongly.

I Had an air shipment from SG to the US. The company told me that the shipment will be dispatched on 13th June, so that it matches with my arrival on 16th June in the US. But, in reality, they dispatched it on the 19th June from Singapore, and worse, no body informed me about this delay. There was no communication from anyone at all about anything after they picked up my shipment. On 20th June, I enquired with them on the status of the shipment, and found out from the local representative that they made a mistake and dispatched it from Singapore only on 19th June (~ 1 week later). Since I was under the impression that the shipment will reach the US on time, I did not hand carry much luggage with me on the flight. As a result, we had to buy basic things from clothes and shoes as we could no longer survive on the ones we had carried with us. The person I interacted with at AGS is Ikram DJEHICHE <djehiche-i@ags-demenagement.com> and Elisa PARELLADA <export5-marseille@ags-demenagement.com>. I requested them to reimburse me for the urgent things that I had to buy because of their mistake (~250), but they are refusing to do so.

Will be great if the moving information is aligned within AGS Fourwinds to avoid confusion. Also, please stress enough the importance of certain information, as well as deadline so that the customer is aware. For my case, it is about the inventory list for insurance. Was very confusing when I communicated with France team and Singapore team. Overall fairly good experience
