Sorry to see you have not been fully satisfy by our services during the move of your personal from Singapore to New Caledonia. After taking the time to read your complain, I would like to ask you more about a huge fine you had to pay?!! what do you mean? we the move have been informed of such happen! thank you to return to us documentation about it for future help from AGS Singapore. In regards to the debris not immediately picked up by our AGS New Caledonia office, I think by now this little matter has been resolved. Please confirm.
On your last email to our Claim Dept. you mention broken glasses that you would like to claim but later since you are busy at the moment.
In regards to the claim, you will have 30 days to claim as standard with AGS FW Singapore.
