Companie à ne pas utiliser. Je devais recevoir mes affaires 6 semaine après l'enlèvement. Elles ont été mises à disposition 13 mois plus t*rd. Tant que le contrat n'est pas signé, tout le monde est présent. Ensuite, tout le monde est aux abonnés absents, sauf pour demander des fonds. Réponses, quand il y en a, plusieurs semaines plus t*rd après multiples relances. Aujourd'hui, après deux envois (29/10/2025 pour le premier) pour demander : 1) un geste commercial pour les délais (plus d'un an) 2) l'activation de l'assurance pour la perte d'un objet Je n'ai toujours pas de réponse et subodore que je n'en recevrai pas. Je n'ai plus d'autre solution que de signaler la chose à la DGCCRF. Cette compagnie est donc à éviter à tout prix, sauf si vous aimez le risque.

Disastrous move from Saudi to France

Huge disappointment… So many broken promises! Our container arrived in France two months ago from Saudi Arabia. It seems to have cleared customs, but we are still waiting for delivery!!! It's impossible to know why there's a 60-day delay because our WhatsApp messages and emails have gone unanswered. A Registered Letter was sent yesterday as a formal notice. We're starting to doubt we'll ever see our belongings again! Needless to say, we strongly advise against using this phantom company.

L'Amoov déménagement ne respecte pas le contrat signé avec le client ; L’Amoov prend + d’1 an pour livrer le déménagement France-Brésil ; L’Amoov modifie et rajoute des marchandises sur votre « liste de biens » sans votre accord ou vous consulter ; L’Amoov cree à son grès des amendes à sa faveur. Enfin, plus jamais demander leurs services !

On vous annonce des dates de départ jamais tenu avec des mensonges. on vous demande de contacter amoovcare qui ne répond jamais. Cette compagnie est une arnaque

From Boston to Geneva during a snowstorm

We moved almost in the middle of a blizzard, yet the truck showed up on time! The crew in Boston laughed, worked fast, and never complained once. Boxes were labeled neatly, fragile items all double-wrapped. Customs took days in Switzerland unfortunately, so overall it took 8 weeks instead of the announced 7. When everything finally arrived in Geneva, not a single scratch. Outstanding team.

Difficile de résumer cette expérience tellement elle a été marquante car dans le cadre d'un divorce. Les déménageurs ont traité mes objets comme s’il s’agissait des leurs, emballant même les dessins d’enfants avec une attention touchante. Pendant la traversée, j’ai reçu des messages personnalisés, jamais automatiques. Et à l’arrivée à Montréal, tout était impeccable, pas une rayure. Ce professionnalisme allié à la chaleur humaine m’a profondément marqué.

Brussels to Dubai with helpful team

Professional from packing to delivery. All boxes ended up in good shape. The furniture assembly took a very long time but they didn't give up :). Quick customs clearance and regular emails kept me calm during the long transit time to Dubai. Highly recommend.

Bon service en globalité! Tout était clair, devis rapide, équipe agréable. Les emballages étaient plutôt costauds et le chargement bien fait. Arrivée en Argentine avec zéro casse mais c'était long, avec 11 semaines porte à porte au lieu des 8 annoncées. L'équipe en Argentine est impécable.

Le départ a été stressant car dernière minute, des dizaines de cartons d'objets fragiles et un piano à queue. Les déménageurs lyonnais ont tout emballé avec un respect remarquable. Durant le transport, j’ai reçu trois appels spontanés pour donner des nouvelles (de différentes personnes à qui j'ai dû répéter un peu la même chose). Je recommande, c'est une bonne société.

I was impressed by the tireless packers. We lived on 6th floor without elevator. Amoov Group arranged outside lift for this move. 2 batches of movers worked hardly: one group for outside lift operation and another group hand carried the boxes moved up and down. They took only one day to complete the packing for nearly two days.

Nous avons bien comparé et au final passé par AMOOV, qui pour nous était le meilleur rapport qualité prix (pas le moins cher néanmoins, 2 déménageurs entre 300 et 500 EUR moins cher). From New York to Lyon quite smooth experience

Je déménage régulièrement pour mon travail, et cette fois-ci, c’était un déménagement de Bruxelles à Tokyo. Nous avions des meubles très lourds et des objets de valeur, et l'équipe a tout pris en charge avec un professionnalisme incroyable. Tout est arrivé à Tokyo en parfait état, et ils ont même pris soin de nous donner des conseils pour l’installation sur place (l'équipe de Tokyo est encore d'un autre niveau, "à la japonaise". Un vrai soulagement de ne pas avoir à me soucier du sujet déménagement pendant que je me concentrais sur mon nouveau poste. Une équipe au top !

Le déménagement de toute notre famille de Marseille à Dallas était une grosse étape, mais tout s'est passé à merveille. Nous avons deux ados qui avaient beaucoup de choses fragiles (apprentis développeurs), et les déménageurs ont pris un soin particulier avec leurs affaires. Ils ont même aidé à remonter les meubles dans la nouvelle maison ! Le suivi était impeccable, et je n’ai jamais eu à m’inquiéter pour nos affaires. Un service que je recommande vivement !
