Links Moving is quick in taking your money. After that, don't expect any follow up, help or customer services. Shipping from Singapore to Germany in 2018 / 2019 turned out as a nightmare. Quote given in Nov 2018, pick up in Dez 2018 with super unprofessional packing team in Singapore. Goods left March 2019 after being kept in a warehouse for three months and finally arrived mind April in Germany Fifteen weeks after the agreed arrival date. We had to pay additional tax for release the personal items, which was not communicated to us on signing the contract. Goods such as a designer chair, piano, bike and architecture models arrived broken. One box never made it. Even as we had paid 650 USD for insurance, and documented the damages during unpacking with the Dutch delivery company, we never got compensation. After reporting the claims to the HK office, Jerome Sozzi from HK office promised to take care of the claim. That was the last respond we ever got from Links Moving. The contact partner in Singapore never replied. The HK customer representative never replied. CEO Patrick O'Donnell never responds to any emails, calls or fax. They fully ghost us with a total damage of 11K USD — no response on email, calls and registered mails. We are now taking legal actions for fraud in Singapore and Hong Kong against this company.

I have still not received my shipment which was collected on June 11th I cannot get in touch with the SIngapore representatives or the main office in Hong Kong. I can only assume the worst that my belongings are lost somewhere, I am completely stressed and distraught as all the items in the shipment were of sentimental value and irreplaceable. I am seeking legal advice to sue this company - please do not use!!!

Some items were broken during the trip (bad packing). We had taken an insurance with Links Moving, and I have asked them what the procedure is to issue a claim. I have sent many emails (to basically every company email address I could find) and tried to call them... they are completely ghosting me. The goods arrived, but the insurance really seems like a scam.

Moving from Singapore to UK. The move after 5 months is still in progress !! Ive tried to contact LinksMoving, can someone please respond to this. The receiving agent in UK has not received payment from Links Moving so wont release the goods. Please pay them asap otherwise further additional charges will be encountered.
