Items stolen and damaged

Pleasant to deal with before the move. Then they moved my things - all of my shipment was opened, items were selectively stolen, damaged (broken, smashed, torn, bent - just about everything possible). I had insurance with Inter Trans Insurance in the US through Yoohoo (they advised the insurance) who subsequently turned out to be cons and have the worst review ratings on every site on the web. My claim was quoted at 1/4 the value and I was offered a measly $49 for all the lost and damaged items. Utterly disgraceful.

moving from Shanghai to Malaysia with a very reasonable price while other company quoted crazy high rate . I got my boxes last week safe and very fast . although didn't unpack everything but looks good . I'm very satisfied and will recommend to my friends !

Last fall, on the recommendation of my British friend, Rita and I added wechat. I was worrying about a lot of my daughter's luggage at the time. Because she just graduated from Art College in London. In addition to clothes, shoes and so on there is a large portfolio. Rita was very enthusiastic and gave us very professional and detailed instructions in a timely manner. Her response was always very positive and polite. With the enthusiastic help of Rita. My daughter's luggage arrived in Beijing in good condition. We thank Rita from the bottom of our hearts for her professional service.

Hello, I have very good feedback to share about my moving. Irene took care of my moving and everything was smooth and professional. I listed my personal goods I wanted to move and the staff came to my home on time to pack and carry everything. I had nothing to do, i just put everything in the middle of my living room and they packed with their own material. I recommend Irene’s contact on every WeChat groups I have . It took 3-4 weeks to arrive home while they predicted about 5-6 weeks so very good surprised. The boxes arrived in very good condition.
