Worst moving experience ever. Many breakages but despite having paid around $2500 insurance premium company will not disclose insurer or policy details so cannot make claim. Maybe insurance fraud involved with cover never being arranged. Business owner Frank Nelson is complete liar and will not respond to correspondence. Should be behind bars and company closed down. Suggest never use.
