Movers made my wife cry. They treated every box like it was a pice of crud that they didn't want to move. The movers were rude and lazy. They used my son's skateboard to move boxes and it mysteriously didn't make it in to the container. They places stones that we had found at the beach on to of picture frames. Then they wrapped paper around the frames. By the time they got to Phoenix, the glass was scratched and useless. Screws for our beds were placed in various boxes and we didn't get the right ones until everything was unpacked. (Place the screws with the furniture) The moving co-ordinator couldn't give us help us with load estimates and we ended up leaving some tools even though we had capacity. This was the worst moving experience I have ever endured. Please do yourself a favor and look to a company that isn't Kurz.
