* Improvement points. 1. 3 Days of delay due to the wrong type of delivery truck arrangement. 2. Efficiency problem to move materials into the house --> No ladder crane car , only relying on the small elevator and manpower. 3. Total shipment took 3 month from Korea to Xi'an due to the immature preparation . 4. Need more frequent progress update for the delivery status * Good points 1. No material damage during delivery 2. Good attitude of move coordinator and moving crew

Dear Mr Yoon,

Thank you for sharing your feedback. In response we'd just like to highlight the following points:

We held your shipment at Korea for a long time due to the validation period of your residence permit which was issued by the immigration office 19 days less than 365 days. But Xi’an Customs reject to issue the Import Permit due to this situation. The immigration office also doesn’t want to extend the validation period of your work permit. We did our best to negotiate with both authorities but couldn’t work. Finally we have to change the port of entry for this shipment.

Thanks a lot for your sincere review, we will definitely improve our service in the future in terms of timely update every milestone to the client and also the internal communication.

I have been working with Claire for several months concerning the move from China. Claire has always been prompt returning emails with the answers to any questions I might have had and asking for details when needed. The two packers that came to the house were clean and very nice. They packed our furniture and items very well, even better than my experience moving from state to state in the U.S.
