SAE did a wonderful job assisting me in my recent move within Shanghai. The team was very punctual and worked remarkably quick. They were very cautious with all of my items and took extra care ensuring valuable items were well packed and padded. The team moved all my belongings from a 7th floor walk-up and did so without complaint. The process was very easy to complete and they helped me through each step. I will certainly use SAE for my next move either local or abroad and highly suggest it to others who have their own moves!

I honestly cannot fault SAE. They helped us move through a very difficult time, during the Coronavirus outbreak in China when so many flights were getting cancelled. We went with SAE because our original provider did not have the staff for the packing team due to quarantine restrictions. With 2 days' notice, SAE organised, packed and sorted our air-freight shipment. We had problems getting our goods on a flight because of the limited flights out of China, but SAE kept us posted every step of the way. A very professional service I would highly recommend.

In general, the service provided is quite professional and above my expectations. For your consideration, please note the following few opinions:- i) the folding edges of the carton boxes are quite brittle, in particular the hanging box, just food once can break the edge, I suspect either the carton is too think or the layer is too brittle. ii) the masking tape is not sticky enough iii) I find it a bit difficult to understand the pricing offer, not because whether it is high or low, because the 3 major items, i.e. service at the original, transportation, and service at the destination, are about 1/3 of the total, which make the service portion on a high side in particular I am doing packing and unpacking myself. Hope my comment helps.

Since part of my things needed to go to storage and only part to my new apartment, this move was more complicated than earlier ones with SAE Asia. However, as all the times before, their crew was up to handling anything and managed to accommodate any extra requirements. There is another move coming up within the year to my final new apartment and it will definitely be with SAE again!
