Deceiving, lying and dishonest company headed by equally corrupt, still threatening and insulting me CEO Mark Spitzer. I hired them for a move to Iceland. They said they would deliver in 45 days, took almost 10K. It was a total lie. First, they kept it for a month at the warehouse, then it took almost a month to ship it to Europe. Then they said they had no idea when it could be delivered to Iceland. It was sitting about a month in Europe. So, I had to divert back. So, they took the money, never delivered, demanded more money. When I refused to pay more, they refused to return my property. So, now I had to file numerous complaints with all industry and consumer regulators to get my things back. And when I finally got my things back 4 months later, few things were missing, many were damaged, and some destroyed. Beware, you give your things to Blue Move - you may never see them again, plus say goodbye to the dear charge you paid them for taking your things away from you. They are not even a shipping company, they are just brokers.
